Q: How do I apply for a booth or sponsorship?

A: Please contact AMWC Japan once. From here, we will inform you about conditions and prices.


Q: How should I do the construction and fixtures?

A: After the exhibition is decided, we will inform you about construction and furniture rental.

Furniture, accessories, panels, etc. can be brought in directly from the company or delivered by courier.


Q: What is the price of fixtures?

A: There are multiple types, for example, there are variations from 1000 yen to 8000 yen for chairs. You can choose according to your budget and design after the exhibition is confirmed.


Q: How are booth positions determined?

A: We will guide you on a first-come, first-served basis, so please let us know your desired booth size when making an inquiry. We will inform you about available booths.


Q: Is it possible to apply only for advertising and logo display without exhibiting?

A:Yes, it is possible. Please contact AMWC Japan as we will guide you through the advertising catalog.

Q: Is it possible to apply for next year and beyond?

A: After this year's AMWC Japan, we will inform you about exhibiting, so it will be possible at that time. Also, if you come to visit us during this year's event, we will guide you to the venue.

Q: Are there restrictions on exhibitor badges?

A: There is no limit on the number of tickets issued for exhibitors to enter the exhibition hall.

Even if you are an exhibiting company, you will need to purchase a ticket to attend the Congress.
