Call for Abstracts

For the first time AMWC Japan has called for abstracts.

 

We will add 2 sessions below, selected from submitted abstracts:

• For the Free Paper Session: We plan to allocate 70 minutes for 8 speakers, with each speaker allotted 7-8 minutes.

• For the Rising Star Session: We plan to allocate 70 minutes for 6 speakers, with each speaker allotted 10 minutes. (Limited to individuals under 40 years old; age at the time of application will be considered during the evaluation.)

Presentation Conditions:

• We do not provide reimbursement for travel expenses.

• For participants residing outside of Tokyo, AMWC Japan will cover one night's hotel stay.

• We will issue Visitor Passes (for speakers only).

• Presentations should be conducted primarily in English.

• Only doctors are eligible to apply.

• In order to submit your abstract, you first need to create an account.If you have previously submitted an abstract to an AMWC event in other countries, please apply using the same account instead of creating a new one.
