AMWC Japan does not provide online streaming for all congresses.

Photography is permitted in the venue, but please refrain from taking photos during sessions in the congress hall. After the session, you may take commemorative photos with the speaker or in front of the welcome board at the reception.

If you apply by July 31st, you can enter any congress venue with a discount of 5000 yen off the regular price.

There are a total of five venues. If you purchase an all-congress access pass, you will be able to enter and exit all venues.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased. However, tickets may be transferred to another participant. For details, please contact AMWC Japan Office.

Tickets will be distributed in the exhibition hall at the same time as registration opens at 8:20 am every day. Only one ticket per person.

Sessions will primarily be given in Japanese or English, but may also be given in other languages through AI simultaneous interpretation.Furthermore, attendees can utilize AI-powered simultaneous Japanese-English interpretation, allowing them to listen to the sessions in their preferred language from up to 38 options.This service allows participants to view the interpretation on their own smartphones, PCs, tablets, or other devices. In addition to being displayed on the screen, the translation can also be heard by connecting earphones, so please bring your device and earphones with you on the day of the congress.

Any proof that you are a nurse or healthcare professional is acceptable. If you do not have such proof, you can download the designated form from the registration page and ask your supervisor to fill it out.

Yes, a cloakroom is available on the event floor.
